The food here is the best. The Spring Roles are to die for.  The kung pao beef and fried rice is excellent. All the food is made fresh when you order so it may take a little longer than other places.

Not a fan. Broth had next to no flavor, and very little amounts of meat in pho combination bowl. On top of that took around 30 min to get our food with one other table in restaurant. Highly recommend drive to Pho NB or Pho kim long. Best two I've had in Texas so far!

Pho is a special thing for me.... I've come to like all of it but love only a small percentage of it.

Then I came to Pho Bistro.  Boy oh boy was I surprised to find such rich, authentic, tasty and wholesome Pho.  I absolutely love this restaurants offerings.

Location is a "leaves a bit to be desired" but this is easily overlooked by the taste, appearance and quality of the food.

If your in the neighborhood, and your in the mood for Pho this is your stop.

If your just hungry- this is still your destination.  Pho it is what is for dinner...

Had the goi cuong (I grew up calling them spring rolls but some people call them summer rolls) and beef pho and it was good but not necessarily my go-to.

The spring rolls were a bit disappointing since they halfed a shrimp... Don't get me wrong, this is very common practice but these are scrawny and two halves instead of three? Hmm...

The pho was simple and good but lacked something... Missing a lot of the veggie add ons also. Would come back if nearby... Or go down the street some more...

I have been to this location quite a few times.  Each time it has always been ok. It's missing something.  I'm not sure what it is.  Maybe it's the white walls that need some life and become more welcoming.  Or maybe it's the food.  I don't know.  I just think each time has been just ok.

    Stars
1 star for service.  The service has always been great.  Always smiling and making recommendations.  The staff are wonderful.

    1 star for clean bathrooms

    1/2 star for menu choices

    1/2 for food

    1/2 for over all experience.

I think I will try them again one more time to determine what is the breaking point for me.
